Show highlights:

1.New product release: We will grandly release a new generation of fully automatic flip-molding plastic cup thermoforming machines, as well as multi-station high-speed thermoforming machines, with higher performance, more advanced control systems and a wider range of applications. This machine will redefine the thermoforming process and bring customers greater productivity and quality assurance.

TFC-680 flipping-mould plastic cup thermoforming machine adopts

positive and negative pressure forming, equipped with full servo

motor control under the mould turning system, with two pairs of

conjugate CAM drive connecting rod to complete the flipping lifting

and cutting of the mold table; It is a new type of equipment 

developed for high output, low energy consumption, high stability,

high automation and other requirements, providing the perfect

solution for medium and high capacity disposable cups.

TTF series multi-step high-speed thermoforming machine is our

latest developed product, which adopts big forming area and high

efficiency drive type, which can be suit for most of the plastic

products as customer requested. This machine adopts positive and

negative pressure integrated thermoforming with Delta brand servo

motor driven system and auxiliary stretching function to ensure the

high precision in machine normal running and perfect performance

on finished output products.

2.Intelligent technology application: We will demonstrate the application of the latest intelligent technology in thermoforming machines, including intelligent monitoring systems, remote operation functions and automated production processes. These technologies will greatly improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and bring customers a more convenient and intelligent production experience.
